What is the purpose of the Frazeshop website?
Frazeshop is here to offer any and all accessories for its customer base. Our specialty is designing and creating the wristlets as well as the bracelets with more ideas to come as time goes on. Frazeshop is here to offer products that will add to its customers already unique style.
Do you have a physical store?
Frazeshop does not have a physical store. We are an online/e-commerce store only. We are based out of Illinois in the United States.
Where does Frazeshop's products come from?
Frazeshop has some of its own exclusive products such as the wristlets collection shown in our catalog. As well as the rhinestone bracelets. Other than that, Frazeshop participates in drop shipping with all other products on the site. These products are sent to customers directly from warehouses in China, whereas, the wristlets and bracelets are sent directly from Illinois.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed the order, it is irreversible at that time. There are options when it comes to returns and or refunds once the item is delivered. For more information, check out our return policy here.

We ship domestic and international.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Processing an order takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipment and delivery times vary anywhere between 6-11 business days for domestic and 6-15 days for international. Potential delays are a possibility due to high volume orders or postal service issues that are beyond the control of Frazeshop.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and paying through the Shop Pay App.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The currency is United States Dollars (USD).
Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
Yes! With the Shop Pay App, it is available at checkout if you wanted to utilize this option.

Do you offer fast shipping?
At Frazeshop we make it our goal to choose the fastest shipping option. With drop shipping sourcing, it is limited sometimes on how fast the shipping will be- depending on the product. We try to ship as fast as possible in a 6-10 business day period of time.
How can I track my package?
To track your package, the link will automatically be in your confirmation email you receive after your purchase with Frazeshop.
5. Returns
Do you accept returns?
Frazeshop accepts returns, but there are some conditions. You can get all the information you need from our return policy.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How long does it take to process a return?
It takes 1-2 days for processing returns.
